Police need public’s help finding, identifying person wanted for deadly Atlanta stabbing

ATLANTA — Investigators with the Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Unit need the public’s help with identifying and locating a person wanted in connection to a deadly stabbing.

Police responded to a report of a stabbing near the 100 block of Trinity Avenue SW around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday. Upon arrival, police found a 54-year-old man with a stab wound.

Authorities pronounced the victim dead on the scene. The identity of the victim has not been released by police.

Surveillance video shared by police investigators show the person wanted wearing a Green hoodie, Gray scarf, Tan pants and dark colored shoes walking down a street in Atlanta.

Another surveillance video shows a person wearing a dark colored hoodie, with Black pants, and Black gloves walking down the street.
