COMMERCE, Ga. — The City of Commerce Police Department is looking for help to find someone who stole over $100,000 of materials from the SK Battery plant construction site in the city.

Police said the incident happened Saturday Oct. 2 at the plant, which is under construction. It is located at 1760 Steve Reynolds Industrial Blvd.
Commerce police shared a photo showing one of two vehicles they believe the suspect used to pull off the robbery. They said the white Ford shown was towing a black trailer and the second vehicle they described a burgundy Dodge Ram 3500.
Police said the suspect driving the vehicle was towing a black dump style trailer filled with large spools of power wire and other materials.

Police describe the suspect as a thin, Hispanic male approximately 5-6 tall.
Commerce police are asking anyone who can help identify the trucks or their owner to please contact them immediately at 706-335-3200.
