CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Police in Clayton County have made an arrest in connection to the murder of a 16-year-old boy at a gas station in Riverdale.
According to police, Michael Sinyard was fatally shot at a gas station on Highway 138 and Taylor Road in Riverdale on January 14.
Riverdale Police Chief Todd Spivey tell WSB Radio that, allegedly, the suspect kept returning to the scene of the crime and that photo and video evidence led to the arrest of 20-year-old Javin Alejandro Fonseca.
He faces malice murder charges and is currently being held in the Clayton County Jail.
