ATLANTA — A 42-year-old man faces multiple charges in connection to a deadly shooting in Atlanta on Thursday.
Police responded to 259 Richardson St. SW on Thursday after a report of a shooting around 9:43 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a 19-year-old man who had been shot several times. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The identity of the victim has not been released by police.
Atlanta police arrested Travis Williams on Friday in connection to the deadly shooting.
Williams faces murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon charges.
He was transported to the Fulton County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
