The widow of the man shot and killed in front of a Dunwoody daycare is back in Court today. Channel 2 Action News reports that Andrea Sneiderman is arguing against having to turn over financial, professional and personal information in the visitation case regarding her children.
Meanwhile, Sneiderman's in-laws are asking the Court to schedule mandatory visitation for them with their grandchildren. They want to be able to have overnight visits in Cleveland, Ohio where Rusty Sneiderman was raised.
The grandparents also want a Court-appointed advocate to interview the children.
Andrea is against this. She's also named in a wrongful death suit, along with her husband's killer, Hemy Neuman.
