Now that the Hemy Neuman trial is over, what happens to widow Andrea Sneiderman?
Defense attorney Doug Peters was clear when asked what should happen,
"Murder, in the first degree," he said.
She knew how she wanted her husband murdered and that she manipulated Hemy to have that done."
Rusty Sneiderman's brother Steve was even more emphatic, "It's clear to me that Andrea is covered in Rusty's blood, and there are not enough rabbi's in the world to wash off those stains. We came to Atlanta with open minds, but after sitting through 75 witnesses, countless days of court proceedings, we've heard nothing that does anything but confirm our suspicions."
But will Andrea Sneiderman be charged? "That's the 1,000 pound pink gorilla in the corner," said DeKalb District Attorney Robert James. "You know, everybody's asking that question and I am not going to sit up here and be disingenuous and it's not something that's not considered. Just stay tuned."
