Andrea Sneiderman has been released from the DeKalb County jail on bond after spending three weeks behind bars.
Earlier this week, she was granted $500,000 bond, but ordered to pay at least $250,000 in cash. The family was allowed to use one of their properties as collateral to pay the other half.
During Tuesday's bond hearing, the judge also ordered that Sneiderman would have to live with her parents under house arrest, having to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet. She will be allowed to leave for doctors' appointments and to see her attorneys. The judge also ruled Sneiderman had to surrender her passport, along with her children's passports.
Sneiderman was arrested Aug. 2 after being indicted on murder charges. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, was convicted earlier this year of shooting and killing Andrea's husband, Rusty Sneiderman, outside a Dunwoody day care in November 2010.
Prosecutors say Sneiderman, 36, and her former boss Hemy Neuman plotted to killer Andrea's husband Rusty Sneiderman in November 2010. Neuman was convicted earlier this year for the murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Sneiderman was arrested Aug. 2 at the family's lake house. She has previously denied having any involvement in her husband's murder and says she was not having a romantic relationship
Sneiderman is set to be arraigned October 8.
