Andrea Sneiderman released from prison

She was the central figure in two of the most famous trials in metro Atlanta.  Today she is a free woman.

According to reports, Andrea Sneiderman has been paroled following her perjury conviction last August.

The Dunwoody Day Care widow was convicted of lying during her testimony during the trial of Hemy Neuman. He's the man who gunned down Sneiderman's husband, Rusty, outside of Dunwoody Prep on November 18, 2010.

Neuman stood trial for the murder in 2013 and during that trial Andrea Sneiderman testified that she did not have an affair with Neuman, her boss at GE, and told how she didn't find out about the shooting until late that morning. However, others testified she told them Rusty had been shot while she was headed to Dunwoody Prep, at least an hour before she was told he had been shot.

It is not known where Sneiderman might go.  She had been living in Roswell, then with her parents in Johns Creek prior to her incarceration.

Hemy Neuman was convicted in the murder of Rusty Sneiderman and was sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole.
