The Atlanta area makes a list of the nation’s top housing markets heading into next year.

Bloomberg’s Gina Cervetti reports that REALTOR.COM says its top 10 housing markets are all set to grow in 2025.

All of the metros mentioned are located in the south and west.

The Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Alpharetta area came in at number nine among top housing markets. Realtor.com says all of the markets have plenty of listings, moderately affordable homes and a substantial base of younger families, many with military ties.

The site says remote workers are also fueling the top housing markets.
