Atlanta police issue BOLO for murder suspect in downtown Atlanta

BOLO issued for Edgewood Ave. murder suspect (APD)

ATLANTA, GA — Investigators with the Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Unit have released photos of a man suspected of being involved in a homicide that occurred last month.

Police say the suspect is known to hang out in the Edgewood Ave area.

Around 2 a.m. on December 7, Atlanta police responded to a report of an unresponsive person on 458 Edgewood Ave in downtown Atlanta.

Upon arriving at the location, officers found a 30-year-old male who had been shot. The man was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition where he later died.

Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident at that time.

Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
