ATLANTA — Atlanta police are searching for two suspects who allegedly shot and robbed a man riding his electric bike in Southwest Atlanta early Monday morning.

Officers were called to the 500 block of Hiawassee Drive where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound around 5:51 a.m.

Two masked men drove up in a white sedan, shot the victim and stole his electric bike and backpack, according to police.

Police say the man was alert when and conscious when he was rushed to Grady Hospital.

Police are looking for camera footage that might help them identify the suspects.
