Atlanta police looking for 2 women who allegedly shot man at gas station

Atlanta police are actively searching for two women who allegedly shot a man on Ponce De Leon last month.

Police say that on Nov. 19, around 3:38 a.m., officers responded to 180 Ponce De Leon in reference to a person shot. When police arrived they located a male at that location with a gunshot wound to the chest. Grady EMS arrived on scene and transported the male to the hospital for treatment.

Police say their preliminary investigation indicates two female suspects were involved in a physical dispute with the victim, according to a release issued by APD. The dispute began inside of the gas station and led outside in front of the location where it appears one of the females shot the victim. Both female suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and appeared to fire additional shots from their vehicle towards the victim as they fled.
