ATLANTA — The metro Atlanta Better Business Bureau issued a warning after multiple complaints were filed against a beauty supply company.

Officials say the company “Beauty Supply Institute” received multiple complaints about issues related to poor customer service, contract fulfillment, and refund requests.

Consumers say after they paid high fees, many experienced significant delays or incomplete services. Other people reported to the BBB that they did not receive the promised services at all.
