A Cobb County jury has returned a guilty verdict for Joshua Drucker. He was convicted of murdering two friends, David Robertson and Lora Nikolova, in 2004.
Drucker admitted to shooting the couple to death because he was upset that Robertson sold his sister drugs in which she overdosed and suffered severe brain damage.
The jury deliberated for about 45 minutes before convicting Drucker, 33, of two counts of malice murder, two counts of felony murder, two counts of armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and credit card fraud.
Drucker was angry with the verdict and asked for a mistrial. The judge immediately denied his request.
The jury will meet Tuesday morning to decide whether or not he should get the death penalty.
