DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County Schools police are investigating a shooting that happened near McNair High School.

It happened late Friday afternoon near the school’s main exit along Bouldercrest Road.

School police confirmed to police that no students or staff members from the school were injured.

“The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain a top priority,” the district said in a statement.

DeKalb Schools police said the incident remains under investigation.
