In the moo-d for free Chick-fil-A?
Tuesday, July 12 is Cow Appreciation Day.
Customers who show up at their local Chick-fil-A fully dressed like a cow get a free meal. Those who don part of a cow costume get an entree free.
Last year, more than 300,000 customers dressed the part to take part in the giveaway.
Fans are invited to use the hashtag #CowAppreciationDay to share pictures of their costumes.
"Cow Appreciation Day is the one day where it’s okay to dress ‘udderly’ crazy and get rewarded for it,” Chick-fil-A senior vice-president and chief marketing officer Jon Bridges states in a company news release.
Cow Appreciation Day lasts from opening hours through 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.
