BARROW COUNTY, Ga. — The father of an accused Apalachee High School shooting suspect is due in court for a bond hearing on Tuesday.
Colin Gray recently filed a petition for bond.
He faces second degree murder for allegedly allowing his son, Colt Gray access to a gun that was used in the Apalachee High School shooting in September 2024. Two students and two teachers were killed and nine others were injured in the shooting.
Colin Gray previously pleaded not guilty to multiple charges.
Gray’s lawyer filed a petition for bond. He previously said, “the lack of bond denies the defendant his federal and state constitutional right to be free of excessive bail.”
The hearing is set for 2 p.m. in Barrow County.
