PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — A plane having a bit of trouble had to improvise a landing strip on a highway Sunday.
Police say the small, private plane was flying over Peachtree City when it began experiencing some trouble.

The pilot had to quickly find somewhere to land or risk crashing down, so he made his way onto Highway 54 in front of a Publix.
There were no injuries to the pilot or any drivers on the road.

The plane itself also came out unharmed.
