ATLANTA, GA — Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger issues an emergency order against Atlanta Discount Home Deals and its founder, Mark Jackson.

An extensive investigation looked into allegations of unregistered securities offerings, fraudulent investment schemes, and misappropriation of investor funds. 

The company was selling notes totaling more than $4 million between 2018 and last year.

The notes were secured by real estate in Georgia , Maryland, Florida, and Puerto Rico, but the properties were either not owned by Atlanta Discount Home Deals or didn’t exist.
