GEMA Director Chris Stallings appointed to new role

ATLANTA —The Georgia Emergency Agency has been appointed to a new role.

GEMA Director Chris Stallings has been named the new U.S. Assistant Administrator for Disaster Recovery and Resilience of the Small Business Association.

According to officials, Stallings will now work with former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffer.

Gov. Brian Kemp took to social media to congratulate Stallings and thanked him for his service to the people of Georgia and the United States.
