ATLANTA, GA — Georgia State Senator Colton Moore is once again allowed back in the House Chamber.

House Speaker Jon Burns made the announcement on Friday afternoon, one day after Moore was arrested trying to enter the chamber for Governor Kemp’s State of the State Address.

Burns says he made the decision with the blessing of Former Speaker David Ralston’s family.

Moore was previously banned from the house for making disparaging remarks about Ralston, who died in 2022.
