GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett police received a call about a man who was shot and killed in front of a gas station in Gwinnett County on Friday morning.

They believe the shooting occurred just before 8 a.m. in front of an Amoco gas station on the 4100 block of Jimmy Carter Boulevard.

Officers described the victim as a regular customer at the gas station.

Officers said the shooter ran from the scene before officers arrived.

The identity of the victim has not been released.
