MARTA service is back to normal after a person is hit by a train at Garnett Station. A MARTA spokesperson said it happened around 5 a.m. Friday morning on the northbound line.

Officials had turned off the power on that line for about two hours so they can conduct an investigation. Busses were being provided from Oakland City to Five Points, that service has been discontinued.

There is no word on the incident or condition of the person involved.
