Atlanta police are searching for the person who shot a man inside a movie theater at Phipps Plaza.

The shooting happened Monday night around 10:45 p.m. at the AMC Theatre on 3500 Peachtree Road.

Police said the shooter and the victim got into an argument over seat assignments in the theater. At one point during the argument, the suspect shot the man.

The man was taken to the hospital and was listed as stable. Police are still searching for the suspect.

There is no description of the shooter.
