As the weather begins to rebound from Friday’s winter storm, MARTA is gradually bringing bus lines back as road conditions improve.

Bus numbers 8, 19, 40, 110, 111, 123 and 196 are offering limited service, according to a media release on Saturday, because MARTA says these are considered essential bus lines in Atlanta.

Full bus service will resume when road conditions allow, MARTA states.

On Friday, all bus service was suspended because of the snow storm. Train service has been running all along on a weekend schedule. Streetcar service remains suspended.
