MARTA police say a third suspect has been charged with the murder in the shooting death of bus operator Leroy Ramos.

Two suspects were arrested and immediately charged with murder. The third suspect turned himself into Dekalb County police.

On Jan. 3, the three juveniles allegedly got into an altercation with Ramos over bus fare which is $2.50.

Video that was later released shows Ramos being shot and killed by one of the teens who pulled out a gun. The teens are all being charged as adults.
