ATLANTA, GA — Holding signs and chanting, more than 100 protestors gathered outside the state capitol on Wednesday afternoon to condemn the Trump Administration on a range of issues.
Many directed their ire at tech billionaire and advisor Elon Musk.
Protestor Andra Killion says, “there is a constitutional crisis; an ongoing coup by Donald Trump and Elon Musk!”
Protestor Zach Simmons says, “I’m out here because I don’t think the American people have a voice.”
There’s no one issue that unites the group protesting outside the capitol other than their condemnation for the actions taken by President Trump since his return to office.
Protestor Cassandra Andrews says she’s not here just for herself. She asks, “is this a country that we want to leave for the future?”
The crowd also condemned Trump’s recent actions on immigration, USAID, and transgender rights.
