DECATUR, GA — MARTA police announce they’ve charged a third suspect in the shooting death of bus driver Leroy Ramos.

The 47-year-old Ramos and three juveniles got into an altercation last Friday evening in the bus loop at the Decatur Station.

Two of the suspects were immediately arrested and charged with murder.

The third suspect turned himself in Monday night and is also facing murder charges. While they are being charged as adults, MARTA officials say the suspects’ names and ages aren’t being released because they are juveniles.
