ATLANTA, GA. — Attorney’s for President-elect Trump filed a motion on Wednesday asking the Georgia Court of Appeals to dismiss the Fulton County election interference case against him. The motion argues that “a sitting president is completely immune from indictment or any criminal process, state or federal.”

Trump Attorney Steve Sadow says the ongoing criminal proceeding must be dismissed under the U.S. Constitution.

Two federal cases against Trump have already been dismissed.
