Retired Henry County Police Department K-9 Leroy peacefully passed away on Monday evening, according to the Henry County Police Department Facebook page.
Leroy served as a police K-9 from 2015 until his retirement in 2020.
“Rest easy K9 Leroy. The Henry County Police Departments K9′s have the watch from here,” the Henry County Police Department post said.
