Conyers police looking for teenager they say broke into home and committed assault

CONYERS, Ga. — Police in Conyers are looking for a young man they say is responsible for a home invasion and aggravated assault.

Police say that on May 22, Montriel “Monty” Harris, 19, broke into at least one home in the Forest Villas subdivision off Irwin Bridge Road NW.

Police have not released any further details on the crimes Harris is wanted for.

He is 5′9″ and approximately 125 pounds. He also has a small tattoo next to his left ear.

CrimeStoppers Atlanta is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information on Harris.
