An accident on Interstate 85 South in Gwinnett County shut down nearly all interstate lanes Wednesday morning.
According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, the crash involved an overturned car and at least one motorist with injuries. “The wreck, which happened just after 10:30 a.m., was cleared after about two hours,” The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.

Gwinnett County police were on the scene of the accident near Hamilton Mill Road.
GDOT cameras showed around 12 patrol cars blocking off the interstate.
Officials have not released any information about what caused the crash or the extent of the driver’s injuries.
