It is a video that is going viral – a Stone Mountain man being ticketed for his sagging pants.

Darrell Wilcox and his girlfriend Chantique Christayle say they were walking to get some food, when officers pulled up and approached Wilcox. Christayle then pulled out her phone to start filming.

"Three police. Cause my [boyfriend] is sagging," Christayle says as she films.

The video goes on for several minutes showing Wilcox getting in the back of the police cruiser, then getting back out again. After about four minutes, the officer cites Wilcox.

"They're really writing a ticket" Christayle can be heard saying on the tape, "That is hilarious.”

Wilcox is then sent off and the officers wish him a good day.

Christayle can be heard on the video saying the ticket was for public indecency:

"Public indecency. I guess 'cause his pants was on the ground."

There is an ordinance on the books that allows police to ticket folks if they are sagging. No word yet on if Wilcox will fight the ticket.

A request for comment from Stone Mountain police was not returned.
