Graco's Table2Table 6-in-1 Highchairs are under recall. The back legs on the highchairs can pivot out of position while a child is in it, causing the chair to fall. Thirty-eight incidents of the legs pivoting has been reported. Five children have been injured.

The chair converts from a traditional highchair to a booster seat and toddler chair and table. They have a polka dot gold and gray cushion. The model number is 1969721. They were sold nationwide at WalMart stores across the country from October 2016 to December of 2017.
