SOMERSET TWP., Pa. — A tractor-trailer carrying paper towels caught fire late Tuesday night on Interstate 70 in Washington County, Pennsylvania.

Smoke was seen rising from the rig just after 10:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes in Somerset Township.
