Police have a arrested the man they say was just randomly shooting at businesses and cars in Roswell and Alpharetta.

Police say Rashaun Stevens, 26, used a high-powered rifle to shoot at nine cars on Mansell Road and Highway 9 -- three times on the Roswell side, six on the Alpharetta. He also shot out the windows of a restaurant in the area, police said.

One victim had his windshield blown out.

"I was pretty upset because I know how much it's gonna cost me to replace it," Marine recruiter Alistair D'Avilar tells Channel 2 Action News.

Another woman said at least four pellets came through her window, while she was driving.

Nobody was been hit.

Police officer Lisa Hollland says, "It's all random. People need to be aware of their surroundings."

Police did not release a motive.
