The temperatures may be cool this weekend but scheduled roadwork will keep the roads hot with traffic around Atlanta!
Major projects of interest that will likely impact traffic includes the North Express Lanes project and Transform 285/400 project in Cobb and Fulton Counties, weather permitting.
In addition to planned roadwork, several events are happening in the downtown and Midtown beginning Friday and will last throughout the weekend. Motorists are advised to plan ahead, expect heavy delays and seek alternate routes.
*All construction is as GDOT reports it and is weather-permitting. All times, lanes blocked, and locations could change and additional projects could occur.
