INDIO, Calif. — Coachella announced its lineup for two weekends in April with headliners Bad Bunny on Friday, Blackpink on Saturday, and Frank Ocean on Sunday.

Goldenvoice which promotes Coachella announced Tuesday that Bad Bunny, Blackpink, and Frank Ocean will be headliners at the festival both weekends which features dozens of other artists such as Pusha T, Becky G, Porter Robinson, Chemical Brothers, Charli XCX, Phoebe Bridgers and so much more, according to Variety.

Weekend 1 of Coachella kicks off April 13 through April 16 and Weekend 2 is April 21 through April 22. The 22nd installment of the festival will be taking place at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California, according to Variety.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Goldenvoice and AEG had booked Frank Ocean as a headliner in 2020 originally but his appearance was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He has not performed in Los Angles since 2017 or had an album release since 2016. The hope is, Ocean could debut new music at Coachella.

Bad Bunny is one of Spotify’s most-streamed artists in 2022, according to The Los Angeles Times. It will be his second time performing at the festival. He will be the first artist from Latin America and the first Spanish-language artist to ever be a headliner at the festival.

Blackpink will be the first Asian act to headline Coachella, according to The Los Angeles Times. They made their debut at the festival back in 2019 and sold out two nights at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles back in November.

Presale for Coachella begins on Friday the 13th at 2 p.m. EST. Coachella said that Weekend 1 passes remain but are very limited. You may have a better chance at scoring passes for Weekend 2.

Last year, Coachella was once again the most profitable music festival in the county even during a challenging year for the festival industry, according to The Los Angeles Times.

The headliners at last year’s festival included Harry Styles and Billie Eilish. According to USA Today. Ye also known formerly as Kanye West, dropped out days before. He was replaced by Swedish House Mafia featuring The Weeknd.
