According to WTTG and WRC, the incident occurred about 10 p.m. Wednesday outside the Plum Gar Community Center on Scenery Drive in Germantown. Montgomery County police arrived to find an adult and three minors who had been shot, WRC reported.
Emergency crews rushed the victims to a nearby hospital, the news outlets reported. No further details about their conditions were immediately available.
Police have detained two people for questioning in connection with the incident, according to the news outlets. Authorities have not released their identities.
