Kirk Herbstreit, Joel Klatt express optimism with direction of Georgia offense

ATHENS — For as bad as the offense looked at times on Saturday for Georgia, it did find some answers in the second half.

The Bulldogs finished with 519 yards of offense against Alabama and scored 34 points.

Those are both high watermarks in the Kirby Smart era against Alabama.

Carson Beck threw for 439 yards, also a Smart-era record on Saturday.
