ATLANTA — It’s a soggy Sunday in metro Atlanta. Showers and storms have been moving thru the area, with periods of precipitation to continue through the day.

Channel-2 Action News meteorologist Brad Nitz says rain chances will continue the next few days. Nitz says showers and thunderstorms are likely Monday, with rain a good bet for Tuesday before clearing late.

Highs expected to remain in the lower 80’s the next few days.
