I don’t know about you, but I’m personally ready to see some sunshine and warmer temperatures!

Thankfully, the temperature trend is heading in the opposite direction compared to last week. Instead of morning lows in the teens, sunrise temperatures will slowly climb into the upper 20s to low 30s.

Even better -- afternoon temperatures will climb into the upper 40s to low 50s by Sunday.

Light rain showers will make their way through North Georgia -- including Metro Atlanta -- on Monday, but warmer air is expected after the rain.

In fact, temperatures will be in the 60s by Wednesday, and the first weekend of February may feature temperatures in the low to mid 60s!
